The student graduated on Gastronomy Degree will be a professional chef, who will acquire the basic needs to develop within each one of restaurant areas, from performing in the kitchen to being the headship of it.
The Gastronomy’s graduate will be able to:

2.- Create recipes by establishing and maintaining food quality, keeping in mind nutrition basic tables, and considering the pricing of resources required to establish costs on sales.
